This site, for example, was built using Yola (formerly SynthaSite), including the lead capture forms. Live Chat is provided by Plugoo. We manage our relationship via Highrise - that's where we keep track of relationships. Should we work together, our projects will be managed with Basecamp, ConceptShare, Google Documents and Google Analytics. We invoice our clients through Freshbooks. And, we remind ourselves of things to do with Backpack - right down to grocery lists!

We do this for two reasons. First, and most importantly, the functionality is superior to any non-Web alternative. And, second - it's way more affordable (and right now that means a heck of a lot)!
