- Ask “What’s the purpose of my website?” If it’s to sell more or find new prospects - how easy is it to find your phone number? Do you give them a reason to provide their contact information? How much information do you request? Do you attempt to gain contact information from every page?
- Get Customers: Install Google Analytics (FREE) and Webmaster Tools so you can chart your progress and modify your campaigns for success. If you have a Google AdWords account, is it linked to your Analytics account? Have you set goals in both AdWords and Analytics? Have you tested alternate pages for each of your top 10 pages? - Grow Traffic: If you're happy with your website’s ability to capture sales leads or convert visitors into buyers, what's your Internet Marketing Strategy? How are you going to pour traffic into the top of the funnel?

- Comment Marketing - (BackType.com, Disqus.com, IntenseDebate.com, cocomment.com, etc.) - find conversations where you can be relevant and post your opinion with link back to your Blog or Website.
- Conversational Marketing - create and configure your Twitter, Plurk, Identi.ca accounts, create a Ping.fm account, create a TweetLater.com account, begin participating by using advanced search engines like search.Twitter.com to find local people discussing things related to your business & engage them. These sites are like “Nightclubs” - places to quickly meet others.
- Group Marketing - create or join group(s) related to your business (if creating you’ll need to make badges for both LinkedIn.com and Facebook.com
- Video Marketing - what can you do via video to help people understand your business, your quality, your sense of humor, etc. Use Conversational and Group marketing to drive awareness of your Videos on YouTube, Veoh, Vimeo, Revver, Blip.tv, etc. Get a Flip Video camera for $120.00 and start experimenting.
- Email Marketing Management - how big is your existing database of email addresses? How many of the email addresses are still valid? When is the last time you emailed your customers?
- Mobile Marketing - consider a simple iPhone Web application that you can email to your customers - use it to encourage friend of a friend activity (word-of-mouth).
